🧫 Exploring Microorganisms: Making Yogurt and Fruit Salad


In this exciting science project, students became young food scientists through the activity “Exploring Microorganisms: Making Yogurt and Fruit Salad.”


The project helped students understand how microorganisms, such as bacteria, play a vital role in the fermentation process that turns milk into yogurt. Through hands-on learning, students observed this scientific process and later used their homemade yogurt to prepare a healthy and delicious fruit salad. 🍎🍌🍇


This engaging activity not only deepened students’ understanding of microorganisms in food production but also encouraged healthy eating habits and appreciation for natural, homemade foods.
