Our Year 9 students demonstrated their understanding of inherited variation and probability in inheritance through engaging and informative digital presentations.

Students researched how genetic traits are passed from parents to offspring, explored patterns of inheritance, and applied probability to predict the likelihood of specific traits being inherited. Using digital tools, they presented their findings clearly and confidently, supporting their explanations with scientific evidence and examples.

This project enhanced students’ understanding of genetics and inheritance while developing essential research, critical thinking, communication, presentation, and digital literacy skills.
