Our Year 7 students showcased their research and presentation skills through engaging digital presentations exploring the fascinating roles of the heart and the brain.

Working collaboratively, students researched the structure and functions of each organ, gathered scientific evidence, and created informative presentations. They confidently shared their findings before taking part in a lively debate on the question: “Which is more important the heart or the brain?”

The activity encouraged students to think critically, support their opinions with evidence, and communicate their ideas clearly while respecting different viewpoints.

This project strengthened students’ understanding of the human body, while developing their research, digital literacy, critical thinking, and public speaking skills demonstrating that science is not only about discovering facts but also about asking thoughtful questions and defending ideas with evidence. 🧠❤️✨
