Our Year 3 students combined creativity and scientific thinking in a hands on project by designing and building their own snail habitats.

As they planned and created their habitats, students explored the essential needs of snails, including food, water, shelter, and a suitable environment. They carefully considered how each habitat would provide the conditions necessary for snails to live and thrive.

Through this engaging activity, students developed a deeper understanding of living things and their habitats while strengthening their observation, problem solving, creativity, and teamwork skills.
