🔬 Observing Blood Cells Under the Microscope
In this fascinating biology project, students explored the microscopic world of the human circulatory system through “Observing Blood Cells Under the Microscope.”
During the activity, students learned how to safely prepare a blood smear sample (using supervised, controlled procedures) and view it under the microscope. They identified the three main types of blood cells:
🩸 Red blood cells, which carry oxygen,
🛡️ White blood cells, which fight infections, and
✨ Platelets, which help blood clot.
Students described the basic structure and function of each type of cell, gaining a deeper understanding of how these tiny components work together to keep the human body healthy.
The project strengthened their microscopy skills, improved their observational abilities, and helped them connect cell structure to the broader workings of the circulatory system.
A powerful learning experience that allowed science to come alive one cell at a time! 🧬✨
